Michael Zachariah works as an executive coach for Fortune 100 companies and teaches conflict management at Pepperdine University. He honed his craft as a corporate general counsel, an official in the US Commerce Department, and a White House  Fellow. He’s also co-director of the Pacis Project, an effort focused on developing effective reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians.

Mike Lueken has been a community leader in Folsom for 21 years, including coaching football at Folsom High School. In his day job, he’s the head of staff at a large church in Folsom, where he works with people dealing with conflict every day.
